- All products purchased from the SN ATELIE online store can ONLY be exchanged online if they are unused and the tag and label are still in their original condition.
- Sales orders will only be exchanged for valid reasons, ie. due to faulty or incorrect deliveries.
- The refund is not cash – the customer will ONLY receive a voucher of the same value valid in the Online Shop, which can be used immediately or later.
- Exchange policy is only responsible within 10 days after the delivery of the item.
- We do not offer exchanges on international orders unless we ship the wrong order or the product is damaged.
- SN ATELIE does not offer exchanges/returns on special orders.

- Customers must return the products to the address provided by our team for exchange.
- If you receive a faulty/wrong product, the return shipping costs will be refunded as an online credit voucher.
- When exchanging an intact product, the customer pays the return costs and the exchange costs managed by the team.
- The credit voucher or requested replacement product will only be delivered after the team has received the returned products.
Refunds or refunds will only be issued if: –
- Products ordered from our discount and sale departments will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
- SN ATELIE the right to refuse a return request that is an abuse of our generous return policy or a product received with missing tags and other parts.
- No refunds for special stitched orders. If you do not cancel the order within 2-3 days of placing the order.
- Money can be returned if the product received is defective or was sent to the customer by mistake.
- You can request a refund within 1 days of delivery. In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for returning the product(s) to us, and the refund will begin upon receipt and inspection of the products.
